Obituary
Adam Ray Porter passed away Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
He was the son of Jason Porter and Christina Johnson Porter.
He is survived by his parents Jason and Christina; his maternal grandparents, Shirley & Danny Johnson; his paternal grandparents, Sherry & Jeff Combs; and his aunt & uncle, Cathy & Travis Follmer.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Jeremy Johnson; his great-grandparents, Lawrence Porter, Bernice Porter, and Noble Story.
Graveside services will be privately held at Story Family Cemetery.
