Obituary
Alger Eugene Tester, Sr., 69, of Flemingsburg, KY passed away Wednesday morning June 5, 2013 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.
He was born August 15, 1943 in Powell County, KY to the late Alger Virgil and Irene Yeary Tester . Mr. Tester had worked as a mechanic for the John Deere Dealership in Flemingsburg, KY.
Survivors include his wife: Bernice Tester; Sons: Alger Eugene Tester Jr. and Tony Tester; Daughter: Rhonda Hall; Five Grandchildren & Five Great Grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 PM Saturday June 8, 2013 at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Wedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gene Tester Burial Fund at People's Bank (PO Box 367, Flemingsburg, KY 41041) of Flemingsburg.
