Amber Mae Hardy Justice, 41, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville.

Born in Maysville on June 3, 1984, Amber Mae was the daughter of Harrietta Himes Hardy and the late David James Hardy.  Amber Mae was managing the apartments of the family business.

In addition to her mother Harrietta, Amber Mae is survived by her two children, Kaleb Charles Justice and Waylon Gage Justice; her brother, Jeramiah and wife Cinthy Hardy; her aunts and uncles, Barb Cummins, Linda Hardy, Connie (Scotty) Stamm, Dixie (Mark) Helterbrand, and John Will (Erin) Himes; her niece, Cassie (Corey) Hamm; her two nephews, Levi James Hardy and Andrew James Hardy; along with many extended family members and friends.

The funeral service will begin at 12 noon, Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Conley officiating.

Amber Mae will be laid to rest in the Muse Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Jeramiah Hardy, Andrew "A.J." Hardy, Corey Hamm, Josh Stacy, Matt Hilterbrand, Chris Stanfield, John Schotz,  and James Helterbrand.  Honorary pallbearers include Levi Hardy and Cassie Hamm.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m., until the hour of service at 12 noon, Saturday, at Boone-Nickell located at 150 West Water Street in Flemingsburg.
