Barbara O. James Snapp, 68, of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday June 29, 2013 at The Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, KY.

Barbara was born December 1, 1944 in Tilton, Kentucky to the late Leonard Paul & Dorothy Allen James.

Mrs. Snapp was retired from Randall Textron after 38 years of service and was the previous owner of Snapp Sanatation. She was a faithful member of the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church and the WCHC Women's Auxillary.

Preceded in death by her husband Wayne Snapp, parents and brother Larry James.

Survivors include her children; Joetta (Rick) Marshall, Larry (Whitney) Snapp, Paula (Jason) Marshall all of Flemingsburg, KY; Grandchildren Christa Flora, Miranda (David) Utterback, Natalie Snapp, Brandon Tipton, Logan White and Kayla McIntyre; Great Grandchildren: Dakota, Jeg, Dawson Flora and Mackenzi Utterback; Sister Debbie (Marvin) Emmons of Fleming County; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday at the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Fleming County Cemetery. Visitation will be at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home 5 - 9 PM Tuesday. Visitation will be 7 - 9 AM Wednesday at the funeral home and after 10 AM Wednesday at the church
