Betty Arnold Hamm, 90, of Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at her residence.  She was the widow of Carol Thomas "Pete" Hamm.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 15, 1933, her parents were the late Ivan Arnold and the late Freda Williams Arnold.

She was retired from Fleming Mason Energy.

Betty is survived by her son, Michael Thomas (Verdina) Hamm; four of her grandchildren, Amber (Brandon) Flowers, Jonathan (Lara) Gooding, Chris (Betty) Hamm, and Chad Hamm; and her three great grandchildren, Karla Hamm, Tiffany Hamm, and Jaylin Gooding.  She is also survived by two of her brothers, Bob Arnold and Jim Arnold.

In addition to her parents and husband Pete, Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Gooding; her son-in-law, Kenny Gooding; her brother, Bill Arnold; and her granddaughter, Carrie Hamm.

A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m., Monday, July 24, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Robbie Shrout officiating.

Pallbearers include Jonathan Gooding, Brandon Flowers, Chris Hamm, and Chad Hamm.  Honorary pallbearers include Michael Hamm, Jim Arnold, and Bob Arnold.
