Betty June Schreier, 88, of Flemingsburg, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, December 5, 2022, at Pioneer Healthcare and Rehabilitation. She was the widow of Robert Schreier.
Born in Warren County, Ohio on August 16, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Pauckner and the late Edith Watt Pauckner.
Betty loved her family deeply. She was a devoted born again Christian and, when able, attended Flemingsburg First Church of God. She loved spending time with her family, taking her grandchildren to the Dollar Tree; and when she became a resident of Pioneer Trace she loved the staff there as if they were her family. She attended the church services and sang What a Day That Will Be.
Betty is survived by her two daughters, Brenda and husband Ron Rockey of Oldenburg, Ind., Teresa and husband Walter Humfleet of Wallingford, Ky.; her six grandchildren, Jennifer Burlingame, Amanda Kippler, Angela Jones, Justina Brooks, Timothy James Thomas, and Erica Boggs; her 16 great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother, Andrew and wife Cindy Pauckner; her brother-in-law, Rick Landwehr; along with many extended family and church family.
In addition to her parents Andrew and Edith, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Robert; and her three siblings, Rosie Dunaworth, Ellen Landwehr, and James Pauckner.
The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Monday, December 12, 2022, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Redmon officiating.
Betty will be laid to rest in Butler County Memorial Park in Hamilton, Ohio.
Pallbearers include Aryon Scudder, David Rabius, Nathaniel Humfleet, Matt Jones, Travis Boggs, and Michael Brook.
Visitation will be 10 a.m., until the hour of service at 11 a.m., Monday, at Boone-Nickell.
