Chad Emery Jolly, 38, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday December 2, 2013 at UK Hospital after an extended illness.

Chad was born March 13, 1975 in Fleming County to the late Emery & Wanda Jolly.

Chad was a utility set-up guy at A. Raymond Tinnerman in Flemingsburg for the last 16 years. He loved to hunt and was an avid UK Basketball fan. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather that was called "Pap" by his four adoring grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Allen Jolly.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Fisher Jolly; children Derick Jolly, Shelby (Brandon) Burke, and Nikki (Dustin) Hunt; grandchildren Trinity and Tori Utterback, Tanner & Tayln Hunt; siblings Terry (Patty) Jolly, Sue (Marvin) Jones, Debbie (Glenn) Jones, Melissa (Ricky) Marshall, Linda (Jim Eubanks) Strank.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Friday at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation will be 11-2 PM Friday at the funeral home.
