Obituary

Charles Franklin "Chuck" Fearin II, 53, of Flemingsburg, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.


Chuck was born October 7, 1963, in Fleming County, to the late Charles Franklin & Kittye Emmons Fearin.

Chuck was a truck driver and was owner of Fearin Performance Horses. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a 1982 graduate of Fleming County High School and attended Morehead State University. He was a member of the Flemingsburg First United Methodist Church.

Chuck is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Fearin (Charles Brinker); his grandchildren, Daniel, Chloe, and Caleb Brinker; his brother, Matt Fearin and wife Beth and their children Clay, Carson, and Peyton Fearin of Prosper, TX; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.


He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 10th, at Boone – Nickell Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Lambert officiating. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation (30 East 33rd Street, New York, New York 10016)
