Daniel Quentin Doyle II, 52, of Flemingsburg, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, at his residence.
Born in Fleming County on February 20, 1972, his father is Daniel Quentin "Danny" Doyle I (wife Sherry) and his mother is Ruth Ann Conley Cassity (husband Ralph Lee).
Daniel received a bachelor's degree in criminology and sociology from Morehead State University (MSU). He attended Concord University in Princeton, West Virginia, where he also played tight end for two years. For 11 years he worked for Dayton Power and Light (DP&L) as a material processor at the J. M. Stuart Station in Aberdeen. He enjoyed bicycling, dirt track racing, and Jeeps.
In addition to his parents, Ruth, Danny, Ralph, and Sherry, Daniel is survived by his four siblings, Shawna Leann (Brian) Flournoy, Jeff Cassity, Dustyn Doyle, and Toby Glover; his grandmother, Minnie Doyle; along with many extended family members and friends.
Daniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ben and Minnie Conley; and his paternal grandfather, Adrian Doyle.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, February 14, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Park with Bro. Greg Grimes officiating.
