Deborah "Debbie" Bellamy Turner, 57, of Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at her residence.

Born in Fleming County on August 27, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Alan Jackson and the late Velma Mae Claypoole Bellamy.

Debbie enjoyed spending time with her children and her granddaughter.  She loved her arts, crafts, and reading, especially her favorite writer, Tom Clancy.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Katelyn "Katie" Ann Turner and fiancée  Brandon Williams; her son, Seth Allen Turner and Emma Smith; her granddaughter, River Williams; her sister, Candy Arvizo and husband Serafin; her two brothers, Terry and Paul Bellamy; the father of her children, Robbie Turner; along with many extended family members and friends.

In addition to her mother Velma and her father Alan, Debbie was preceded in death by her sister, Elma Jean Bellamy Ratliff.

The funeral service will begin at 12 noon, Monday, October 27, 2025, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Sister Gail Skaggs officiating.

Debbie will be privately laid to rest.

Visitation will be 11 a.m., until the hour of service at 12 noon, Monday, at Boone-Nickell, located at 150 West Water Street in Flemingsburg, KY 41041.
