Delores C. Eldridge, 81 of Flemingsburg, KY passed away at home on Friday, August 5, 2011. A loving wife and mother, generous and hospitable to all, Delores will be greatly missed. She was born February 7, 1930 and married May 17, 1953 to Vencil Eldridge, husband of 58 years, also of Flemingsburg, KY. Mother to Greg (Jennifer) Eldridge of Piketon, OH and Kent (Kristy) Eldridge of Gallipolis, OH. Grandmother to Chad Eldridge of Columbus, OH; Kaleb (Stacey) Eldridge of Dayton, OH; Jacob (Angela) Eldridge of Bowling Green, KY; and Dalton Blevins of Piketon, OH. Great-grandmother to Aiden Eldrige, Columbus, OH. Sister of Wayne (Delores) Craft of Flemingsburg, KY. Aunt to many beloved nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Kathleen Craft and infant sister, Geraldine. Delores was a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College and retired as Office Manager after 40 years with Kentucky Stone Company. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church since she was age 18. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday August 8, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church in Flemingsburg with Rev Lynn Beach and Bro James Deatley officiating. Burial will follow in Fleming County Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 pm on Sunday, at the First United Methodist Church,.
