Carroll Dennis Vice, 64, of Nicholasville, passed away Friday, January 31, 2020, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Born in Maysville on May 23, 1955, Dennis was the son of the late Reynolds Monroe Vice and Laura Ellen Gallagher Vice.

Dennis worked as a computer programmer for Blood Horse Publications for 16 years.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara Johnson Vice; his daughter, Erica V. Pristas and husband James of Georgetown; his daughter, Kimberly N. Reeves and husband Christopher of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Alex Pristas and Camille Reeves; and his brother, Bradley Vice and wife Susan of Fairfield, Ohio.

In addition to his mother and father, Dennis was preceded in death by his siblings, John Vice and Virginia Kathryn Shaw.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Monday, February 3, 2020, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home.

A graveside service will begin at 12:30 p.m., Monday,  at Elizaville Cemetery with Bro. Layne Wagner officiating.
