Donna Faris Hurst , 47, of Wallingford passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY after an extended illness.

She was born October 14, 1965 in Flemingsburg. Donna was a loving mother. She also worked at Randall's Textron and Jerry's IGA in the meat department.

Survivors include her parents: Johnny Faris of Wallingford and Wanda Faris of Ewing; Daughter: Emily Hurst; Sister: Laura (Shane) Wallingford of Ewing; and a nephew: Jaeren Wallingford of Ewing.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Friday, June 28, 2013 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Brother Ronnie Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Goddard Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 - 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
