Obituary
Ellen Ruth Hamm Muse, 75, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017, at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.
Born on September 20, 1941, in Fleming County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Maggie Fite Hamm.
Ellen is survived by her children, Martin Muse, Theodore Muse, Ronald Muse of Muses Mill, Jason Muse of Morehead, Alicia Armstrong of Sandy Hook, and Heather Grey of Flemingsburg. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Kimberly Kristen Muse; and her sister, Verna Lee Johnson.
In addition to her parents, Ellen was preceded in death by her oldest son, David Gene Muse; her brothers, Lloyd and Willard Hamm; and her sisters, Agatha Jones, Rosetta Stanfield, and Betty Jo Hickerson.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow in Muse Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home.
