Obituary
Elwood Bolar, 67, of Flemingsburg, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022, Pioneer Trace Nursing Home.
Born in Rowan County on November 5, 1954, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Bolar and the late Verna Lee Hamm Curtis Johnson.
Elwood was retired manager for Somerset Oil.
Survivors include his son Keith Bolar of Florida; brother Charles Curtis of Morehead; and several extended family members.
Service for Elwood are private. Boone-Nickell Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
