Ernest Schmuck, 86, of Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home.

Born in Kosciusko County, IN on May 26, 1935, he was the son of the late Walter Schmuck and the late Vera Bryant Schmuck.

Ernest was a retired radar tech for the Federal Aviation Administration, proudly served his country in the US Air Force, and member of the Apostolic Community Church in Flemingsburg.

He is survived by his children, Brian Schmuck, Michael Bryant, Robert Schmuck, Wayne Clark, Rhonda Kondas and Yvonne Savidge; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Nesta Hughes; and many extended family members and friends.

Ernest was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Max Schmuck, Steve Schmuck, Joe Schmuck and Novella Schmuck.

Memorial service will begin at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. James Cobb Jr. officiating.

Visitation will be 1 p.m., until the hour of service at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
