Eva Faye Dugan, 70, of Ewing, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024, at UK Healthcare in Lexington.

Born in Fleming County on January 30, 1954, her father was the late Charles Gulley and her mother was the late Juanita Whisman Presley.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ruth Allen Case; her three grandchildren, Katie (Kayla) Chamberlain, Kara (Dillon) Mitchell, and Carson Case; her three great grandchildren, Damon Cissna, Madeline Mitchell, and Myra Mitchell; her two nephews, Joe Ishmael and Sam Ishmael; along with many extended family members and friends.

In addition to her mother Juanita and her father Charles, Eva was preceded in death by her four siblings, Brenda Turner, Patricia Gulley, Marcella S. Gulley, and Charles Mitchell Gulley.

A celebration of Eva's life will begin at 6 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2024, at New Life Church of Christ.

Eva will be laid to rest in Wooley Cemetery, with a memory tree and marker for those wanting to visit her burial site.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m., Thursday, at the church located at 374 Helena Road, Flemingsburg, Ky. 41041.

A meal will follow the service, also at the church.

A memory station will be available for those wishing to write notes or letters to Eva that will be placed with her at the burial site.
