Obituary
Geneva P. Gooding, 88, passed away Monday morning January 14, 2013 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe. She was born January 11, 1925 to the late Beacon & Amy Bumgardner. Mrs. Gooding was retired from the US Shoe Corporation. Mrs. Gooding was a life long member of Unity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Charles R. Gooding, brothers Scotty, C.P. & Phillip Bumgardner, sister-in-law Eunice Bumgardner
Survivors include her husband Ollie C. Gooding
Children: Margaret B. Gooding of Pleasant Hill, TN,
Irene Gooding of Lexington, KY, &
Joyce Gooding of Flemingsburg, KY
Brother: Clinton (Madelyn) Bumgardner of Winchester, KY
Sister-In-Laws: Betty Bumgardner & Joan Bumgardner
Funeral services will be at 1 PM Saturday January 19, 2013 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Walton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 - 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
