Hank Jefferson Mitchell, 58, departed this life on May, 27, 2013, at University of Louisville Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on December 4, 1955 in Fleming County to the late James Wallace Mitchell & Lida Belle Earlywine Mitchell.

Mr. Mitchell was a concrete truck driver for Colagon Construction. He was preceded in death by a his father, brother Larry Mitchell and a nephew Michael Dale Hunt.

Children: Bryon (Sarah) Mitchell, Shawn (Nicole) Mitchell and Kayla Mitchell; 5 Grandchildren: Siblings Barbara (Joe) Wade, Patsy (Darrell) Marshall, Franklin "Danky" (Janetta) Mitchell, Cathy (Billy) Watkins, Edith (Arthur) Linville, Lonnie Mitchell, Sue (Dean) Mitchell, & Richard (Marsha) Mitchell

Gravesides services will be at 11:30 AM Thursday May 30, 2013 at Elizaville Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family in care of the Boone - Nickell Funeral Home.

Boone - Nickell Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Mitchell.
