Helen Jean Allen, 92, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, in Flemingsburg. She was the widow of Owen Allen.

Born in Wallingford on February 19, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Alva Jordan and Jewell Jordan.

Helen was a homemaker and bookkeeper for Allen Excavating. She also enjoyed collecting anything that fascinated her.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Fleming County Cemetery with Pastor Joe McIntosh speaking.
