Helen Eleanor Withrow, 79, of Olive Hill, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born on October 3, 1937, in Ashland, Ky, she was a daughter of the late Roy Dennis and Kathryn Maggard Greenhill.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Michelle) Withrow, David (Tina) Withrow, and Lisa (Jeff) Crawford; her grandchildren, Aaron (Andrea) Withrow, Yates Crawford, Kathryn Crawford, Ashley Withrow, Taylor Withrow, and Owens Crawford; her great grandchildren, Conner, Caiden, and Brady; her sister, Edna Clark; her niece, Donna Vanfosser; and her nephew, Edwin Clark.

All services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Boone-Nickell Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
