Ida Kathryn Coffey, 84, of Flemingsburg, KY passed away November 16, 2013 at the Robertson County Health Care Facility. Kathryn was born April 15, 1929 in Flemingsburg, KY to the late Russell and Iva (Million) Maddox. Kathryn married Charles W Coffey on December 29, 1945; he preceded her in death in 2003. Kathryn is also preceded in death by brothers Richard Maddox, George William "Bill" Maddox and sisters Mabel McGee, Carolyn Ruth Scheffler, and Nancy Kay Hardymon and daughter- in-law Cheryl Coffey. Kathryn is survived by two sons, William B. Coffey of Christiansburg, Ohio and Charles R. Coffey of Flemingsburg, KY and by brothers Barbour Russell "Bob" (Caroline) Maddox and Charles Douglas "Doug" (Nora) Maddox; sisters, Virginia Alice Miller, Audrey Grace (Frank) Mitchell, Letha Bernice (Lowell) Tackett; sister-in-law, Lois Maddox along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Services will be at 1 PM Tuesday November 19, 2013 at Ramey's Chapel Church in Muse's Mills, KY.
Visitation will be 11 - 1 PM Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Coffey Family in care of the Boone - Nickell Funeral Home.
Boone - Nickell Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Coffey.
