Obituary
Jack Travis Woodard, 50, of Wallingford, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018, at his residence.
Born on December 25, 1967, in Cortland, NY, he is the son of Ernest Woodard and the late Karen Tiechert Woodard.
In addition to his father, Jack is survived by his siblings, Pam McLean, Paul Woodard, Penny Peebles, and Patricia Churchill.
Arrangements for Jack are being cared for by Boone-Nickell Funeral Home.
