Obituary
Jax Leonard Price, infant son of Aaron & Katie Bailey Price passed away Friday December 12, 2014 at UK Medical Center.
Jax was born prematurely on December 10, 2014 in Lexington, KY.
He is survived by his parents; siblings Maria, Gracie and Conner Price; aunts & uncles Ceonia (Tony) Leet, Whitney May and James "Boo" Price; cousins Hannah & Heather Leet; grandparents Mignon & Leonard Rucker, James Price Jr. and Lynn Price; great grandparents Martha & Mike Tuck and Jason & Pat Fields.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents Orville & Dorothy Muse and Odell May.
Graveside services will be at 2 PM Monday December 15, 2014 at Elizaville Cemetery with Bro. Travis Hickerson officiating.
Boone - Nickell Funeral Home is assisting the Price family with all arrangements
