John D. "Mr. Goodwrench" Crowe, 82, of Flemingsburg, passed away after a long illness Tuesday February 24, 2015 at his home.

John D. was born September 26, 1932 to the late Elisha and Lottie Smith Crowe in Sherburne, KY.

John D. retired from Cheap's as the service manager in 1995 after 32 years of service. He attended Strawberry United Methodist Church.

John D. is survived by his wife Jannette Stephens Crowe; children John P. (Donna) Crowe, Jill Crowe of Flemingsburg, Bobbie Frances Crowe of Corpus Christi, Texas, Stephen E (Brenda) Harn of Flemingsburg, Robert (Mary) Moore of Kernersville, NC, Susan (Mark) FinFrock of Carlisle, Alan Moore of Flemingsburg; ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several cousins.

Funeral services will be at 2PM Saturday February 28th at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home Rev. Norman Wasson and Rev. Greg Williams officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be 8-2PM at the funeral home on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Strawberry United Methodist Church (206 E. Water Street Flemingsburg, KY 41041).
