Judy Botkin, 67, of Bald Hill Road, Hillsboro, passed away Friday December 16, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on December 31, 1943 to the late Ted & Edna Hall. Mrs. Botkin had managed the Pizza Hut in Flemingsburg for many years, she was of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Survivors include her husband Donnie Botkin

Daughters: Debbie Rice, Becky Botkin, & Donna Gooding

Grandchildren: LaRon Botkin, Kim Shrout, Tyler Rice, Kasey Gooding, Jada Rice, & Bradley Gooding

Great Grandchildren: Mikkayle, Marquis, Jaleeah, Alyssia, Mya, & TyRon

Funeral service will be held at 1PM Monday December 19, 2011 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with brother Charles Caskey officiating. Burial will follow in Fleming County Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 - 8PM Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be CJ Dudley, Tony Gooding, Bradley Gooding, LaRon Botkin, Danny Shrout, & Scotti Bratcher. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeremy Botkin, Jason Botkin, & Mark Hilterbrand. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Good Samaritan hospital for the hard work making her comfortable during her stay.
