Obituary
Kenneth Wayne Hester, 76, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2016.
He was born August 11, 1939, in Petersville, the son of the late Buford and Nora Stidham Hester.
Wayne was an avid racing fan and loved to be outdoors.
He is survived by his sisters, Wanda James of Wallingford, Erma Christine McGlone of Hillsboro, Lena Lucille (Ray) Hitch, Charlene (Ronnie) Spencer, Betty Spencer all of Flemingsburg, and Connie Heil of North Middleton; brother, Gary Fleming Hester (Sandy) of Dayton, Oh.; special aunt, Lois McRoberts; special cousin, Grace Spencer; special friends, Bill Davis and Clell Knapp; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Redmon officiating. Burial will follow in Wallingford Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, until the hour of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wallingford Cemetery.
