Obituary
Lena F. Greene, 98, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday September 21, 2015 at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home.
Lena was born Aug 10, 1917 in Rowan County to the late Charles and Lacy Richmond McCormick.
Lena was a loving mother and grandmother and of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her children Hilda Hernandez and Danny Greene; 2 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; sister Laura Stapleton.
Lena was preceded in death by her parents, son Charles Gardner, and sister Roberta Dryden.
Funeral services will be at 1 PM Thursday at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Darrin Fizer officiating, Burial will be private. Visitation will be 11 - 1PM Thursday at the funeral home.
