Lenora Katherine "Kitty" Hopson, 64, of Wallingford, passed away at her residence on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015.

Born in Hammond, Indiana, on April 30, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Helen Kalinowski.

She worked at the Morehead Krogers as a cashier in the deli department.

She is survived by her companion of 16 years, Rick Hilterbrand; son, Keith (Nancy) Hopson; grandchildren, Gabrielle Hopson , Zakery Hopson and Lynn Gutwein; and brother, Kelly Kalinowski.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sabrina.
