LeRoy Whisman, 66, of Goddard, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at his home.

LeRoy was born April 4, 1950, in Fleming County to Emery Richard "Bud" Whisman and the late Leona Jean Thurman Whisman.

LeRoy loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He was a mechanic for several years and loved to trade and sell used items.

Survivors include LeRoy's father, Emery Richard "Bud" Whisman; his daughters, Jana (Darryl) Provo, Katie (Ashley) Stamm and Sarah (Kurt) Edds; his grandchildren, Myra Logan, Austin Price, Emily Provo, Kira Edds, and Kaiya Edds;  his sister, Diana Whisman; along with several aunts and uncles and extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Friday, May 13, 2016, at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11-1 PM Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fleming County Cemetery.
