Leyah Foster Underwood, infant daughter of Brittany Harper and Justin Underwood, passed away Tuesday May 14, 2012 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

She was preceded in death by, cousin Kevin Watkins, aunt Kayla Patton, grandparents Ethel & Paul Underwood, Chester Marshall, and Tommy Whisman, and 2 great great grandfather Foster Watkins Stanley E. Patton Sr..

Graveside services will be at 2 PM Friday at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Nicholas County with Perry Foster officiating. Boone - Nickell Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Leyah Underwood
