Margaret Ann Riley, 79, of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday morning February 1, 2014 at Lexington Country Place after an extended illness.

Margaret Ann was born July 8, 1934 in Fleming County to the late Roy and Elizabeth Walton Strode.
Margaret Ann was retired from the US Shoe Corp after 30 years of service. In recent years you could find her at the Stock Yards Restaurant waiting on the locals. She was a longtime member of the Flemingsburg Christian Church, Democratic Women's Party of Flemingsburg, Historical Society, and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary 1824.

She was preceded in death by two husbands James Harold Burke and Charles Riley, and her parents.

Survivors include her sons Rocky Burke and Robert Riley; grandchildren Skip Burke, Jared Burke and Allison Burke; great grandson West Burke.

Funeral services will be at 2PM Friday February 7, 2014 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Rev. Peter Morgan and Rev. Norman Wasson officiating. Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
