Obituary
Marion Allen Roberts, 72, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017, at his residence.
Born in Fleming County on January 22, 1945, he was the son of the late Ira and Leona Hopkins Roberts.
He is survived by his daughters, Donna Thoroughman (David Sheperd), Tiffany Boswell and husband Richard; Heather Roberts (John) and Pamela Hicks and husband Kevin; his brothers, Kenny Roberts and Danny "Tuck" Roberts; his sisters, Laverne McDaniels & Janet Wallingford.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth " Libby" Roberts; his parents; his sisters, Wilma Himes and Genevieve Hamilton; and his brothers, David Roberts and Dennis Roberts.
Visitation for Mr. Roberts will be 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday, September 13th, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home.
All funeral services will be private.
To offset funeral expenses, memorial donations may be made to Boone-Nickell Funeral Home, 150 West Water Street, Flemingsburg, Kentucky 41041.
