Martha Marie Jarvis McCord, age 83, passed away Friday September 24, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born February 2, 1927 in Rome, Ohio to the late Henry and Lucy Jarvis. She was the widow of Morton McCord who passed away in 1981.

Preceded in death by 2 sons Edgar Dean McCord and Wayne McCord, 2 sisters Ivy Gallagher and Bertha Edmisten, and a brother Clarence Jarvis

Funeral service will be at 1 PM Wednesday September 29, 2010 with Rev Steve Hickerson officiating at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 5 PM Tuesday. Internment will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
