Mary Frances Ruggles Emmons, 69, of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019, at her residence.
Born in Dalesburg on November 29, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Johnny D. Ruggles and Rose Marie Ross Ruggles.
Mary worked at the Fleming County Senior Center and was a member of the Wallingford Christian Holiness.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Emmons; her sisters, Ida Mae Ruggles, Betty Jean Davis, Florence (Steve) Hickerson, and Linda (Larry) Herrington; her brother-in-law, Roger Emmons; several nieces and nephews; along with two great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Frankie Ruggles; her sisters, Ethel Ann Ruggles, Pauline Willis, and Wilma Ruggles; and her niece, Alicia Herrington
Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Redmon officiating.
Mary will be laid to rest in Hillsboro Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
