Mary Louise Williams Knapp, age 81, of Flemingsburg, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Best Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg, Ohio.

Mary was born March 11, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Max and Nellie Hornsby Williams.

Mary was a loving mother and grandmother, and a longtime member of the Pea Ridge Community Church in Wallingford, KY.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Thea Marie Riley Lubkeman; 4 siblings and her parents.

Mary is survived by her husband of 10 years, Clell Knapp; daughter, Rhonda Pennington; grandchildren, Shalita (Billy) Compton, Jauna (Alex) Garland , Greg Lubkeman, Brent Pennington, and Ryan Pennington; four great grandchildren, Alex Compton, Jonah Compton, Jersey Smith, and Julia Garland; son-in-law, Rod Lubkeman; siblings, Bonnie Homan, Ted Williams, Lola Stone, Pat Robinette, Katherine Smith, Larry Williams and Barbara Latham.

Visitation for Mrs. Knapp will be 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home (150 W. Water St. Flemingsburg, KY) and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2015, at Pea Ridge Community Church (1485 Spring Road, Wallingford, Kentucky 41093) with Bro. David Shoemaker officiating. Burial will follow in Fleming County Cemetery in Flemingsburg.

Boone-Nickell Funeral Home is caring for all arrangement for Mrs. Knapp.

Brent Pennington, Ryan Pennington, Billy Compton, Eddie Ward, David Shoemaker and Rod Lubkeman will serve as pallbearers.
