Norma Jean Wagoner, 88, of Independence, KY, formerly of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood.

Norma was born September 16, 1929 in Abingdon, IL to the late Uhlan and Frankie Nell Hurst Evans.

Norma is survived by her daughter Susan (Barry) Cooper of Independence, KY; grandchildren David Cooper, Kayla (Alex) Boswell and Matthew Vogelgesang; 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Wagoner, daughter Deborah "Debbie" Vogelgesang.

At Mrs. Wagoner's request all services are private and she will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
