Opal Maxine Pack, 63, of Ewing, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.

Born in New Castle, Ind., on January 17, 1959, her parents were the late Kelsey "Curt" Parker and the late Juanita Hicks Parker.

Opal had worked out west in several restaurants and had worked locally at the Stockyards Restaurant and Mama's Kitchen.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Wayne Pack; her four children, Dorothy Lynn (Michael) Burchett, Anthony Wayne (Tammy) Pack, Michael Pack, and Sara Pack; her eight grandchildren, Randall Wilkinson, John & Cody Burchett, and Austin, Tavis, Kayly, Andrew, & Tori Pack; and one great grandchild, Grace.  She is also survived by her sister, Launa Ray Fox; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

In addition to her parents Curt and Juanita, she was preceded in death by three of her siblings, Debbie Riley, Linda Wilkinson, and Jeffery Parker.

A graveside service will begin at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Pack Family Cemetery.
