Oscar Helphenstine Jr. Born April 16 1930 Passed away March 24 2011 at Fleming County Hospital. He was a retired carpenter.

Oscar was the son of the late Oscar and Lennie Helphenstine Sr.

He was proceeded in death by son Keith Helphenstine and brother Roy Helphenstine.

He is survived by his children Danny (Kathy) Helphenstine of Tollesboro Ky. And Connie (Jackie) Williamson of Flemingsburg KY.

He is also survived by his grandchildren Dana(Roger)Gulley, Michael(Melissa)Williamson, and Jeff Williamson of Flemingsburg KY. Brian(Teresa) Helphenstine, and Chris(Julie)Helphenstine of Tollesboro KY.

He is survived by greatgrandchildren: Britani, Michelle, Carley Gulley, Brandon Williamson, Alexis and Tate Williamson, Tierra Tulley, Bryson Helphenstine.

He is survived by two brothers Ronnie Helphenstine, Tollesboro; and William Helphenstine, Florida. A sister Mary Grayson of Pennsylvania.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted Sunday March 27, at 2:00 PM at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home. with John Moore officiating. Visitation will be from 12PM until time of service.

Pallbears will be Mike & Jeff Williamson, Chris and Brian Helphenstine, Roger Gulley, Chase Rushing and Koty Riley. Honoray Pallbears will be Britani and Michelle Gulley.
