Otis Skaggs Jr., 70, of Tilton, passed away, Wednesday October 1, 2014 at Baptist Health Lexington.

Otis was born September 23, 1943 in Louisa, KY to the late Otis Sr. and Delphi Skaggs.

Otis was a retired iron worker and a veteran of the US Army serving in Vietnam. He attend the Tilton Christian Church.

He is survived by his fiancAC. Linda Rayburn and her children Melissa and Kevin Tyson. Also surviving a daughter Lisa Marie and several other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Desirae.
Graveside services will be at 4:30 PM Monday November 10, 2014 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Pastor Jim Wilson officiating. Military rites will be performed by the W.N. Fant American Legion Post #5 and Franklin Sousley VFW Post 1834.
