Paulette Kerns, 64, of Flemingsburg, passed away April 16, 2011 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1946, in Poplar Plains, KY to the late Lorene and Paul Flora.

She had worked at the shoe factory in Flemingsburg, was a volunteer for Hospice of Hope, and a member of Flemingsburg Baptist Church. She was and always will be in our hearts, a loving, Wife, Mom, and Mamaw.

Survivors include her husband, Donnie Kerns; children Ginger (Tony) Selby of Flemingsburg, Randy (Dana Stamper) Kerns of Flemingsburg, and Donna (Gale) Burke of Flemingsburg; two grandsons, Bryan Burke and Ashton Reid, and two brothers, Bill Ware of Indiana and Eddie (Linda) Flora of Michigan, also several nieces and nephews.

Paulette was preceded in death by her parents and her little sister, Susie Flora.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Tuesday April 19, 2011 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Dr. Chris Beckham officiating. Visitation will be from 10 AM - 1 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery in Bethel, KY.
