Phyllis Vibbert, 61, of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday March 12, 2012 at Fleming County Hospital. She was born July 16, 1950 in Middletown, OH to the late Charles Spencer and Geraldine Craig. She was a homemaker and had worked at several restaurants. She was preceded in death by her father.

Ronnie Vibbert Jr. of Kentucky

Sister: Betty Crouch of Salt Lick, KY
