IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Rachelle Nicole
Conners
December 26, 1978 – April 24, 2019
Rachelle "Pea" Nicole Conners, 40 years old of Lexington, KY, went home to be with the Lord on April 24, 2019.
Rachelle was born on December 26, 1978, in Flemingsburg, KY to Henry and Brenda Conners Clark. She graduated from Fleming County High School in Flemingsburg, KY. She continued her education at Morehead State University and received her B.A. in Business. She recently received her Master's of Healthcare Administration at Walden University on February 10, 2019. Rachelle was employed as a cashier at Rite-Aid in Lexington, KY.
Rachelle enjoyed life and loved being surrounded by family and friends. Rachelle was very generous with her time and would help any and every-one in need. She loved visiting and spending time with her two grandmothers. Rachelle's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her unique laugh and infectious smile would light up a room. She was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Lewisburg.
In addition to her parents, Rachelle is survived by her sister Raven Clark and brother Eric Graham, her two living grandparents Hattie Mae Connors of Flemingsburg, KY and Essie Mae Clark of Maysville, KY, her Aunts Stephanie (Glen) Wooldridge of Somerset, KY, Linda (Henry) Tutt of St. Louis, MO, Drucie Connors of Flemingsburg, KY, Priscilla (Harry) Lewis of Maysville, KY, Joyce Clark of Frankfort, KY, Gail (Ken) Dickerson of Marlborough, MD, and Lillie (Chris) Gallant of Washington, DC, her Uncles Robert (Kim) Connors of Flemingsburg, KY, Anthony (Sandy) Connors of Flemingsburg, KY, and John Kelly (Irene) Clark of Maysville, KY. She is survived by a host of cousins, nieces and nephews as well. Her very special friend and confidant John Dudley Buster. Her special road dogs, hommies Quantessa "QT" Taylor, LaToshia "Toshia" McKee, Tressie Graham, Madonna "Mickey" Taylor, Elizabeth "Beth" Graham, Shameka Jackson, Joy Wilson, Tara Crumbie, and Tasha Smith-Jackson.
Rachelle was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Robert Connors and her paternal grandfather John Clark.
We her family cannot express the devastation and loss that we are feeling at this time. We know that she is with the Lord and is in heaven with her Lord and Savior. Rachelle loved the Lord and left her earthly place being at peace.
Isaiah 35:10 "And those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away."
Service will begin at 1 p.m., Monday, April 29, at the Flemingsburg Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Taylor officiating.
Rachelle will be laid to rest in Fleming County Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the hour of service, Monday, at the church located at 1856 Elizaville Road, Flemingsburg, KY.
