Ricky Scott Helphenstine, age 48, of Flemingsburg passed away Sept. 13, 2010 at Fleming County Hospital. He was born August 5, 1962 in Mason County to the late Charles & Irene Helphenstine. He was a retired bus monitor for Licking Valley Head Start.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Saturday Sept. 18, 2010 at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at the funeral home. Internment will follow in Elizaville Cemetery.
