Rosalie Hall Miller, 86, of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.

Born in Ohio on October 10, 1936, her parents were the late Clarence Hall and the late Eva Hall.

Rosalie is survived by three of her children, Robert Eugene Miller and wife Melissa, Carol Marshall and husband Rex, and Brenda Rodman; her 16 grandchildren, Nola MacKenzie Art, Jessica Mers, Crystal Pence, Carol Ann Shumate, Johnny Carl Shumate, Jenny Shumate, Jesse Shumate, Donald Shumate, Christine Hall, Matthew Rodman, Kirk Rodman, Johnthan Hall, Andy Hall, Anissa Marshall, Isabella Marshall, Kasey Mers; her six great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Miller; her son, Clarence "Sonny" Miller; her sister, Dorothy Nicholson; her brother, Edgar Hall.

The graveside service will begin at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Tollesboro Cemetery.
