Sharon Mattox, 75, of Wallingford, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, at her residence.

Born in Fleming County on December 25, 1948, her mother was the late Gertrude Hopkins Jolly and her father was the late Samuel Jolly.

Sharon worked for Premier Southern Ticket Company in Cincinnati for 30 years.

She is survived by her son, Rick Mattox of Cincinnati; her grandchild, Cody Patrick Mattox; and two of her siblings, Virginia Crawford and Sue Brewer.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four of her siblings, Lynn Jolly, Betty Lawson, Phyllis King, and Faye Story.

A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. James Ray Hickerson officiating.

Visitation will be 12 noon, until the hour of service at 1 p.m., Saturday, at Boone-Nickell.
