Sue Lee, 82, of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was the widow of Kenny Lee.

Born in Mason County on December 15, 1942, Sue was the daughter of the late Ernest Earlywine and the late Della Tackett Earlywine.

Sue was a homemaker who did in-home daycare, touching the lives of many children in Fleming County.  She was a member of Unity Baptist Church.

Sue is survived by her two children, Tammy (Brad) Burke and Kevin (Misty) Lee; her four grandchildren, Cody (Jenna) Burke, Katie (Logan) Moran, Travis Lee, and Tanner (Holly) Lee; and her three great grandchildren, Steele Lee, Azlan Lee, and Joanna Grace Burke.  She is also survived by her two sisters, Shirley Vice and Lillian Davis; along with many extended family members and friends.

In addition to Kenny, her husband of 60 years who passed in 2021, her mother Della, and her father Ernest; Sue was preceded in death by several siblings.

The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Unity Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Hamilton officiating.

Sue will be laid to rest in Fleming County Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Brad Burke, Cody Burke, Tanner Lee, Richie Lee, Timmy Doyle, and Billy Dryden.

Visitation will be 11 a.m., until the hour of service at 1 p.m., at Unity Baptist, located at 869 Elizaville Road, in Flemingsburg.
