Teddi Alice Butler, 66, of Flemingsburg, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at Saint Claire Regional Medical in Morehead.  She was the widow of Jake Butler who passed away on March 23, 2003.

Born in Marietta, Ohio on February 2, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Allen Stoke and the late Gloria Maxine Lowe Stoke.

Teddi was a medication aide for Pioneer Trace Nursing Home and Bourbon Heights Nursing Home.

Teddi is survived by her three children, Kristina Tingler, Karen Wheeler and husband Wayne, and Becky Sapp and husband Adam; her seven grandchildren, Tabitha, Leann, Suzan, Talynn, Trynlee, Douglas, and Richard; her grandchild-on-the-way, Rebecca.  She is also survived by her three siblings, Vicki Tullius, Debbie Bailey, and Lucy Rice; also survived by her husband Jake's children.

In addition to her husband Jake and her parents, Teddi was preceded in death by her close friend, Lula Mae White.

The memorial service will begin at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Joseph officiating.  There will be no visitation before the service.
