Timothy Clester “Tim” Blevins, 69, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at UK Saint Claire Healthcare in Morehead.

Born in Mount Sterling on March 8, 1957, he was the son of Eulalia May Blevins and the late Clester Blevins.

Tim owned and operated a plumbing business and was a farmer. His most enjoyable time was spent with his family.

In addition to his mother Eulalia, Tim is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rhonda Adams Blevins; his three children, T.J. (Leigh Ann Cox) Blevins, Rebecca (Josh) Plank, and Toby (Kala) Blevins; his four grandchildren, Whiley Blevins, Bailey Blevins, Shanlee Blevins, and Gabriel Plank. He is also survived by his sister, Judy Pettitt; his niece, Saprina Dailey; his nephew, Brandon McRoberts; along with many extended family members and friends.

In addition to his father Clester, Tim was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Leslie Blevins.
