Billy Todd Jolly, 46, of Hillsboro, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 18, 2023, in Richmond, Kentucky.

Born in Morehead on August 17, 1976, he was the son of Marion Jolly and Carolyn Sue Hatch Ellison.

Todd worked for M&M Services and previously had worked in auto body, farming, bulldozer work, and as a former manager for Rite-Aid.

Todd is survived by his two sons, Colt Jolly and Tanner Jolly;  his parents;  his dog, Mac;  his siblings, Randy (Pam) Jolly, Jamie Jolly, and Amanda (Stacy) Boone; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Todd was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Jolly; his grandfather, Richard McCarty; and his dog, Luke.

The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Boling officiating.

Todd will be laid to rest in Elizaville Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Dustin Waugh, Josh Stacy, Stacy Boone, Dean Mitchell, Jamie Jolly, Kevin Boling, and Kenton McCall.  Honorary pallbearers include Randy Jolly, Jerry Neal, J.W. Neal, Denver Jolly, Troy Flora, Dennis "Jake" Helton and Tim Maze.

Visitation will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, until the hour of service, at Boone-Nickell.

In place of flowers, a fund for his children has been set up at Community Trust Bank in Flemingsburg.
